Below you will find information on how to support each of our partners - Family Health Partnership Clinic, Turning Point, and ELCA Good Gifts. Please read the directions on ways to donate to each particular organization.

FHPC provides healthcare to the uninsured of McHenry County, IL. Each year, over 8000 patients visit the Clinic.
Family Health Partnership Clinic
The CFS Giving Tree will have ornaments with items that FHPC can use in their clinic and food pantry.
Walmart gift cards of $10 are welcome. Please note the amount of the gift card on it. These gift cards are used to help FHPC clients obtain medications.
Gift cards can be dropped off at the CFS table in the Narthex on Sundays through December 3 or in the Church Office during regular hours. If you would like to make a donation by check, please make checks payable to Grace Lutheran Church with a clear notation that the funds are for FHPC. Turning Point is a domestic violence agency with a mission to confront violence against women and children in McHenry County, IL.
Turning Point
We are providing donations for Turning Point's "Gift Closet" which they offer free of charge to their clients. Please visit the CFS Giving Tree in the Narthex on Sundays 11/5 - 12/3 to see what items they would like to collect.
You may also provide gift cards for the "Gift Closet". When you click on the Gift Card List button below, it will take you directly to their list. You may purchase gift cards from that list and drop them off at Grace on or before 12/3. There is a box for gift cards available on the table in the Narthex.
